No, you don't. Go to YTTV. Click on your profile. Go to settings. On the bottom left should be a category that says "Updates." Click on this and the only update is the $20 credit. You just have to click claim. It should be automatic but it was really simple for me to do.

Haha. I got an email Yesterday about the credit, and it said that another email would be coming with instructions on how to claim the rebate.

Leave it to VolNation to communicate critical information more quickly than Alphabet. Well done, @frank. Hell of a forum you’ve given us. Love this place.

I went into the app on my phone, selected my account icon, clicked 'Help', and the disclaimer at the top has a link to 'click here' that walked me through it.
