I like Heupel! I hope he is around for a while. But if you is the honcho, you gonna take the blame for wins and losses. Sadly, its that simple. Especially since a lot has happened this year, outside his control.

He isn't the best coach in college football and trust me, the clock management stuff is driving me insane. But this whole "he will never win a title" or "We will never be elite" is so dumb. Spoiled ass fanbase.

We said this about Fulmer before Fulmer won one.. he just had the right surrounding coaches and unbelievable talent they recruited i believe JH can do the same and maybe better if that opportunity comes.. which I hope it does.

He needs to replace 2 coordinators who are underperforming and get a real S&C coach that won’t put up with the softness. I like CJH, but we are headed to 7-5 in Year 5, and it has nothing to do w Nico.

Agreed 100%. After we finish 7-5, with losses to a horrible UF team & Vandy in Neyland to end the season, he’s gonna basically have to make some changes. Martinez, Banks, & the S&C coach all need to go…. Anyone with a functioning brain sees this. Be interesting to see what, if anything happens.

I don't see anyone claiming that is solely our issue just like I don't see anyone saying Heupel is beyond criticism. You, however, does the same tired narrative in every post. I realize you don't know any better, but that doesn't make it any less comical.
