This.

10x worse than firing Fulmer and hiring Kiffin.

That was at least understandable.

Hiring a LOSING G5 coach/attorney at a place like UT is just unfathomable. I will never not say that was emphatically the worst decision in the whole history of UT sports....and by many many many miles. A damn 5 year old could have made a better decision. Just awful.
Kiffin never won anything when he was hired either and he hasn't done anything since really. Both Kiffin and Doley were hired because of their daddies.

It's called perpetual discontent. Definitely a modern disease.

Similar to people needing to fill their emotional holes with buying stuff, having an endless number of children, etc.

And I mostly blame the wives for all of it. Being a sports fan is a much cheaper outlet of meaningless hope 😅
Lol

Hard to remember a Vol who was given a second chance and given less effort than Boo Carter. Wish the kid no success at his next school.
I’ll wish him well and hope he turns it around. As someone who didn’t have the best home life, it’s hard to walk away from a parent or parents. And it’s hard to see that your parent is actually hurting you until you get older and more mature. I don’t think he is a bad kid. He has a terrible parent and needs help. IMO

Not to argue.

He does have bad parent. Period.

But he is a bad kid right now. He is hurting those around him with his actions. That does make him a bad kid.

Is he redeemable, that’s a different question/story. I hope he can turn his life around just like I hope that for anyone that is making bad choices.

He doesn’t get a pass on his actions just because his mom has issues. If his actions were only affecting him than it would be a different story.

He doesn't. I think you work with him as long as you can. You're trying to turn a human being into a productive member of society. However, in my somewhat useless opinion I think they have passed that point with him. Let him transfer and maybe a change of scenery will do him good. Unfortunately Ive seen this act dozens of times and it almost never ends well.

Clausen at 10?👀😅🤔 Crazy

I stopped when I got to the second screen and saw Bray above Clausen.

It irritates me to see this so often today. When the internet was new, we largely used it to inform, learn, grow and build communities. As the internet caught on and everyone started using it, it became a place where you have to approach everything you read assuming someone is lying to you, and you're almost always right.

These bait posts on social media are designed to do one thing: create engagement. They will often state clearly wrong facts, terrible opinions, or misspelled or misused words just to elicit a response. It serves no other purpose than that. I refuse to give it to them.

😂, could you imagine the refs throwing a flag on the Vols because Neyland is being too loud? 😂 . . I realize, as I typed that, I actually could imagine them doing that to us. . .
There were times back in the day when opposing QBs would turn to the refs in frustration and tell them that they couldn't hear.
The ref's attitude would be like, "Deal with it."
Even our own QBs would have to signal for the crowd to quieten down on occasion.
But teams have become more adept at silent communication now, I think.
