No, this is called reality. While I find memes on X, I come across many videos. There are hundreds of videos per day of people saying that they will start stealing because their welfare food stamps have been cut. There are also thousands of videos of people doing just that. Here are a few examples. See, when people are correct, they can back their statements up with fact.

NOTE: The last video shows a person denouncing this garbage. He is 100% correct and he is also black.
