You can't standardize teacher pay across the state, there would be a mass exodus of teachers from the bigger cities to the smaller towns with a much lower cost of living.

I'm sure some would, but mass exodus?? Not all would give up the Nashville life for Tazewell.

I don't think you are correct, what is your source of info? Coaches are paid a stipend on top of their school salary, at my high school coach got a teachers salary as a Physical Ed teacher plus a coaches stipend. Some of those stipends are over $100,000 in texas, Georgia Florida etc

Not as bad as when ABC/WAPO had a poll showing Trump losing Wisconsin by 17 points 2 days before the 2020 election. He lost by .7

These polls are not an accident. They are not even close to the margin of error and they are always manipulated to favor the same side.
