Wish I could get paid millions to fail at my job......good lord college football is messed up.
Imagine you are a guy at a repair shop and you do faulty brake jobs on 75 percent of the customers. Your boss tells you one day, sorry but I have to let you go. Oh, but here is a check for $468,000 lol.

And look carefully at Auburn who fired Gus for "not being the guy" while winning and they've wandered in the wilderness ever since and still are there.

Think carefully before you decide to fire a coach because they don't bring you the championship you feel you deserve. It can and it does get worse.

If we can win out to put positive momentum on end of season, we SHOULD have addition by lack of subtraction...coaches. We now have 4 SEC HC's w/ probable more coming, where recruits are vulnerable and in theory, we should be able to swing a few our direction. The odd thing about the coaching carousel is that we know not everyone will hit...everyone, especially UF, LSU, AUB thinks they have to have top shelf guy, but we all know how difficult that is...and, in reality, it's also about the supporting AD/School + staff they bring. I think one of these may hit it right...I'm betting UF, b/c AUB and LSU seem very disjointed from their AD and culture perspective.

It’s harder than ever to win at a high level consistently. Look at Saban near the end. Look at Smart nearly losing to a Florida team without a HC. In today’s era there are destined to be up and down years. The days of hiring the “right guy” who takes you to the top and keeps you there for 10 years are over.

Next season, we will face at least three SEC teams with new head coaches.
