Always excuses for improper behavior.Somewhat related, I saw documentary on racial profiling and they interviewed several cops (identities disguised of course) who all stated that they can find a reason any time they want to justify a traffic stop. Your example of taking "too long" to move when the light turns green nicely demonstrates how arbitrary these so-called traffic infractions can be.

Lady Vol Ruby Whitehorn cited for simple possession two months after August arrest
According to the University of Tennessee Police Department's 60-day crime log, Whitehorn was charged on Thursday morning around 4:30.www.wbir.com
Thank you.Tennessee lady face articles comments including the wbir article that Tennessee lady Facebook reposted.
There's more comments for going than staying.
Officer dash cam could prove her innocent for not martian lanes.
A spokesman for the university said they was aware of the situation and was waiting for more information.
The university is still Gathering information they Tennessee might wait to her court date to deside.
If they do wait fans should hold off to more facts come out.
They will be time then agreement with coaching staff.
Or to disagree.
I wasn't trying to say Rudy Whitehorn should be let go.Thank you.
Wait, Ruby was driving in the Martian Lane with weed in the car? I think I just transported back to my college days.Tennessee lady face articles comments including the wbir article that Tennessee lady Facebook reposted.

No! I loved your postI wasn't trying to say Rudy Whitehorn should be let go.
Just posting the mood on Tennessee Facebook posts.
And having a hard time posting that article wbir posted.
I think Ruby whitehorn has enough to worry about if the judge or da wants to bring back August charges with her new charges.
Thankfully Rudy or no one else was injured.
Maybe the judge will give Whitehorn some community serice if the judge believes the officer or if there is dash cam proves the officer right.
Hope this turning point Rudy Whitehorn.
Ease up there hoss you can't run anyone out of town. I hope she gets her life together so she can continue her career. But the team and university don't need distractions and things will work themselves out.The more I’ve considered the more I think she just needs to go. She’s a giant distraction at this point. We should be excited, talking about the first regular season game and getting ready for a great season.
Instead everyone is talking about Ruby’s legal issues. She has a lot of growing up to do. As much as we will miss her play on the floor we won’t miss the distraction.
The lack of respect to her teammates, coaches and the program is evident. She can figure it out somewhere else for all I’m concerned.
If she’s removed from the team they need to make sure they get her out of Knoxville as well. Doesn’t need to be around the rest of the team after that.
Can't know for sure, but often defendants in criminal cases are under instructions from their defense attorneys not to say anything to anyone. If, for example, Ruby gave a full accounting to Coach Kim, then Coach could be subpoenaed and compelled to to testify as to what Ruby said. As an admission against interest, this would be an exception to the normal exclusion of hearsay.Being out a that time of night with her probation was not illegal - just incredibly risky and, imo, stupid for a lot of reasons. Being in alleged possession of a small quantity of weed given her probationary status is even more risky and irresponsible, if true.
If, after fully hearing her side of the story, Coach Caldwell has lost confidence in her integrity, she should leave the program - not because she embarrassed the coach, but because the coach cannot trust her to follow the rules and to act in the best interests of her teammates.
As for the charges, they will run their own course. None of us know what really happened and calling for her to be tossed off the team without actually knowing the facts of the stop and correctness of the charges is literally un-American. In this country you are innocent until proven guilty. No need for a public flogging before due process runs its course. I trust the coach and I trust the court process. Let them figure it out.
