Everything is secondary to "owning the libs".

In fact, MAGA will literally turn a blind eye to anything, as long as they can feel like somewhere, some "libs were owned" in the process of whatever asshattery Trump engages in.

That was my thought as well, if he ever answered my question. If it "works" by pissing people off and further dividing us, why is that the goal?

It's not the goal. Trump is primarily concerned with self-aggrandizement and self-enrichment.

If something he does fills one or both of those goals, and someone else benefits as well then so be it, but he does little to nothing that doesn't support those goals.

MAGAts are then left to try to live vicariously through Trump by enjoying the fact that "the libs" are pissed off when Trump further enriches himself and his family at the expense of democracy and the citizenry because it's the only way to maintain their cognitive dissonance.

See the farmers that's still support Trump on the way to bankruptcy, and the ACA insurance users who will support Trump even when the lose their policies at the end of the year.

What felonies was Trump convicted of? All that **** in NY was civil not criminal and most will be thrown out because the AD is going to probably be disbarred.

Trump was convicted on all counts on May 30, 2024, becoming the first U.S. president to be convicted of a felony. Following his victory in the 2024 United States presidential election, his sentencing was temporarily suspended. Trump was sentenced to an unconditional discharge on January 10, 2025.
