I've been done with Boo for a while. I think his play/attitude is hurting the defense. You can't "turn it off and on" at this level and win championships. He reminds me of James Banks

Can't imagine how good he would be if he played full effort all game.

When he announces that he’s transferring and then lands at Colorado (shock), I hope his mother and those around him leave the young man alone and let him showcase what he has for the next level. I suspect they won’t, but maybe they will back off him and let him get learn and earn. I wish the young man no harm, but I want him off this team unless something changes , but I hope he gets it and starts listening to coaches here or elsewhere.

Why do they keep throwing him out there? Is it the money they paid him and that harpy of a parent figure (bang for your buck) or is it’s worse behind him? That last part scares me the most.

I tried to illustrate this the other day when so many baseball fans were lashing out at Danny White when Tony was still up in the air. We are so fortunate to have an AD who is good at his job and wants to compete for championships in all sports. Look around the country at some of these schools with entrenched ADs that are highly unpopular with the fan base. Those fans are sometimes really confused why the AD who hired the guy he just fired gets to hire the next guy too!
