I give Heup a lot of criticism about his clock/game management and conservative playing calling at of end of half/regulation.

He deserves praise for the aggressive play calls and clock management at the end of the 1st half to push the lead back to 14 tonight. That was brilliant. Equally impressive was running out the last 6 mins of the game.

Hope to see that level of aggression for the remainder of the season.

I knew the injuries would be huge, and they have been; but...they're terrible. No other way to put it.

The thing that makes it so bad is the effort. It's not only noticeable, the lack of effort, it's right in everyone's face and spitting in it. Ty Redmond has regressed. A month ago, he was playing well enough to hope for continued improvement as the season went on. That has not happened...at all. He was the first one off the cliff. Boo Carter...that dude. Bruh.

No speed or athleticism, again, on the backend, outside of Hood...none. Farooq showed a flash, then disappeared again.

We just look slow as hell; and, whenever we are there, we can't tackle for sh!t.

I've never been the biggest fan of Banks, and I've never been on the side of just running him off, because our defenses have gotten better each year; but...damn. This defense looks wilderness-years bad...like having NO BUSINESS even being on the field. That's how they looked tonight. I haven't seen that lack of effort since Heupel has been here. Since day 1, his teams fight their asses off...even that first year, no matter how bad they were getting stomped. Not tonight, on defense.
