Ole Miss did us no favors

not only beating Oklahoma on the road, eroding OUR strength of schedule, but they will most likely win out the rest of the year.

we are gonna have to pray that we win all our remaining games but also pray the CFP takes 5 teams from the SEC because I don't know how we get in otherwise.
OU is likely to finish with 4-5 losses. Today’s game will not mean much in grand scheme

Yea I am we are gonna win this one by 3-4 TDs. Weird we have “fans” cheering for the other team so they can be right 😂
No I’m a realist and you’re definitely not. Sit back and watch this shoot out with a team that has won 2 games.

We are awful on D the last few games. So, why worry about playoffs. Hell atthis rate we might get our tails handed to us bu ok, Vandy, and UF

our defense will not go head to head with OU, it’s pathetic and coaches just sit over there doing nothing about missed tackles.

If we get Carter and McCoy back we should play better, even if not world beaters

Your takes get dumber by the minute

Please tell me what games OU will be favored in beside Mizzou now that their QB is donezo? They were a 5 point favorite today and lost.

Yes OU is likely to finish 8-4 at best.

Star the post.

it means a lot because it was the only real chance for Ole Miss to lose another game

Sure but OU could very well not be considered a good win even if they won today given their schedule to end the season. 8-4 is big possibility for them

We will destroy OU in Neyland. Pray for a night game.
Worst thing could have happen, did happen. They played a good Ole miss team and got beat. They will be playing their butts off Saturday. Our defense is no way comparable to theirs. We get spanked sat.

No it doesn’t AM is a lock no matter what UT is in at 10-2 period
I have no idea what this means. LSU and Oklahoma both were loses.. That's bad for TN. Tx Am is not a lock if they lose 2 games but more likely in at 1 loss. We needed them to lose to LSU. Now the only potential losses be Mizzou and Texas. Most likely they would split and still be 7-1. For TN to be considered in playoffs we need to Alabama and Georgia to be in the SEC championship with a minimum of 7-1 and everyone else behind them 6-2. In that scenario TN would be 3rd in SEC standings.
Now, after this week there could be 4 SEC teams with a 7-1 SEC Record. If that happens TN as a 6-2 SEC record has ZERO shot to make playoffs.

ole miss and aTm are not losing 2 games. there's going to be 4 teams in the SEC with 1 or fewer losses (I don't think aTm will be undefeated tho)

and Georgia and Bama can afford to have a second loss and still have the tie breaker over Tennessee.
