Is it too much to ask to play against an SEC team that has completely laid down for once? Kentucky is 2-4 with a head coach who does not want to be there and coming off a sorely disappointing home loss. This should be an easy win. And yet I fully expect them to come out with their hair on fire and make it a tough game.

I’m just ready to finally play against a bad SEC team that has quit. We keep getting everyone’s best shot, even bad teams.

Those dont exist anymore. Arkansas, Miss State, Kensucky have all played tough, inspired football lately. The closest might be uscjr.

- Vols meet cats
- Great offense meets decent defense
- Susceptible and inconsistent defense meets bad offense
- Vols meet motivation, cats meet their maker

We're their biggest game. They played the other UT tough and will do so against us.

Hey if you take away the 9 points we gave bama, and score the touchdown we should have from the pick six play, the score is 27 28, at bama.
Tn will handle a low scoring Ky team, no worries.

Haven’t made a prediction the past couple of weeks, so maybe recent inconsistencies are my fault.

Kentucky does not pose as the strongest of offensive threats, so look for a defensive get back game.

Offensively, with JA a bit banged up, look for us to lean on our ground game more, grinding the game away late. First quarter boys most likely don’t hit this week, but we pull away over the course of the game to cover the spread.

Not sure what has happened today to change the line drastically, but something has. The line continues to drop. A couple of books including ESPN’s has it down to -7 1/2 yet 79% of money is on Tennessee. All of the books have dropped some from the -9 1/2 to open. Starting to wonder if we’re gonna see Joey‘s name show up as questionable on the injury list tonight.
