Oh, I don’t hold much against Danny. The program has been elevated, so they can still be a contending team consistently.

Agree. He doesn’t want Tony’s guy. Thamel had it first because he is Danny’s guy. Tony and Dan aren’t friends at all.

I'm hearing from other people they think we are more likely to let Elander roll with it, since it's so late in the year and then look potentially for a permanent hire after the season, depending on how things go with Elander.

Love Danny and believe he’s done a great job, but if baseball falls off a cliff, he’s on the precipice of trouble.

Good news is Danny's track record with basketball as an AD is about impeccable as one can have. And sure, Heupel has road woes but if he's going 10-2/9-3 making the playoffs ever year, he will be golden.
