I would go with Elander or at least someone that teaches the same principles. Use the extra money saved to create a pitching lab.
Elander is such an obvious choice in our present situation that going a different direction would lend a lot of credibility to the notion that DW and TV couldn’t coexist.

Promoting Elander would make me think that a lot of that was just noise.

I don’t really have a MLB team, although I watch a ton of baseball. Went to SF this summer and the city and stadium were incredible. Guess I’ll just go full boar giants fan now.
This is where I'm at. I've always rooted against certain teams instead of having a team.

Hope he succeeds. The BVS in me worries he might be our baseball Saban and end up somewhere else 3-5 years from now.

I see some people suggesting that Danny won't tab Josh Elander because he's a Tony guy, but I don't see that he has much of a choice. If Elander is an option and he decides to go outside for the hire, the fans will be even more upset with him than they already are. Plus, the timing just makes no sense for any top guy to leave.

I teach... No it wasn't
That's a small sample size. I'm talking globally. America is Top 20 globally in average intelligence (probably due to our schooling system and nutrition programs) out of nearly 200 countries.

So your observed average is top 10% globally.

How dare you. I love SF (to visit). Had many great times there. But, too crowded and expensive to live there. I was offered a position there for a very handsome salary. Put that in the Cost of Living calculator, and I'd actually be taking a pay cut.
I was so excited to visit, I've wanted to go there my whole life..the people in charge have ruined it....just like LA. Both towns are lawless unless you live in the Uber rich posh sections...like Beverly Hills.

That’s really the only thing that has been upset about this, but I do think he can succeed at the MLB level and his coaching style will translate more a younger team like the Giants. Hey, maybe if he fails we will be looking for a new coach in 3-4 years too and he can come home.
