I don’t care how good your defensive backs are if you give their receivers 7-10 yards of cushion that just makes it too easy for the QB. Banks needs to call for more tight man coverage but he won’t

You’re exactly right, I get that you give up some plays…but when it’s in critical moments and our guys are positioned 10 yards over…you can’t do that and you’re not winning that matchup. Easy 1st downs every time.
