The SECCG is not going to matter with the 9-game schedule. Teams will just be trying to survive the season with enough wins to make the playoffs.

We no longer have East verses West so in reality the games makes no sense.

These past 2 season has been a breeze compared to what we are about to face I'm afraid.

Everyone needs to relax about the schedule situation. Other teams are about to have Harder schedules too. Georgia has an upcoming season with 9 league games plus Tech and Clemson.

some of those other teams have more than proven they can handle it. UT hasn't handled an 8 game schedule yet.

I'm talking Tennessee....We had one of the weakest schedules in the SEC these past 2 seasons.....Some others have not. Florida has had one of the toughest schedules in the nation the past 2 years and he got his ass fired today.

I understand. But we’re about to live in a world where a 3 loss SEC team will make the playoffs. It may be next year. I’m planning on enjoying these new schedules. Texas and LSU at Neyland in the same year is exciting.

Heupel is never going to the SEC Championship game, so I’d have to bet the Florida guy. But Florida could get an absolute trash coach.
Never is a long time .....

In the current format, without divisions, Tennessee would have played Georgia in the 2022 SEC Championship Game. If he can hold this recruiting class together, there are better days ahead for Heupel at Tennessee. This staff obviously has issues, but we have a solid class committed at the moment which could get even better if we can flip Hiter.

That’s because of the **** ass product on the field. Not to do with the 8 game schedule. Jones /Dooley and Pruitt couldn’t handle a 6 game schedule. Heupel will improve the program or he won’t. The schedule isn’t the concern.

But in the current format, schedules would be different and you can’t say we definitely would have gone. Bottom line is that you can’t take a year where he missed the SEC Championship and use it as evidence that he can make the SEC Championship

the **** ass product on the field is Heupel's turd baby. he's our coach like it or not so if he can't handle this we're screwed. we don't have time to start over again.

I changed my vote. I think it comes down to what cycle we get an easier schedule. I think it goes without saying that our permanent rivals we get is easier than theirs. So what cycle falls of the other games and does it fall on a year we get Bama at home?

You're just a ray of sunshine with every post. Gotta be a troll😆
He’s right. Hype can’t win enough big games in the season to get there. Penalties, poor clock management, not coaching aggressive, letting the officials run over him and more
