He might just be the Volunteer version of Mark Richt. Great guy. Runs a clean program wins 9 or 10 games consistently but coaches to conservatively to win the big games. We shall see how the second half goes. At least it will not be very stressful as I expect us to lay down after Bamas opening drive. But they will probably play great and lose in OT with another shoulda, woulda, coulda but didn’t. I fully expected a TD and hoping to get 2 point conversion to tie it up. Oh well. Go Big Orange.

Agree - except I think he plays in (maybe) a much tougher conference than Richt (with the addition of Texas / Mizzou / Oklahoma). And I think he is likely a notch below Richt.

Hope he proves me wrong!

Would be nice if Heupel wasn’t just a dumb a$$ that we throw so often! Run the ball and quit with this making stupid mistakes. In the end zone instead of a run we drop back into a safety. Have to have a TD and we throw an INT for a pick six. Sometimes these glorified PE teachers overthink stuff way to much, I knew we would get beat but this Bama team isn’t the usual Bama team but we make them look like world beaters, same as against Florida.
