Yep. It will be blasphemous, but I honestly don't care about the game tonight....or even the rest of the season. This is the worst I've felt in my seven decades of following UT.I am aware I’m part of the full blown meltdown, but I’m walking around my house doing chores before the football game and I have to find somewhere to channel this sadness. I will deal with people telling me I’m embarassing because this day sucks.
Maybe he’s wrong. Who knows.
Well this absolutely sucks. All that work on the stadium in time for us to not be on top anymore. I hope I’m wrong, but Tony WAS our program. And if DW is the reason Tony was looking to leave, he can go pound sand.
2nd highest paid coach behind a goat and far better program historically. Doubt it's DW's fault.Well this absolutely sucks. All that work on the stadium in time for us to not be on top anymore. Bet he's already in talks with Rich Wallace for the job. Hey, at least we finally fixed up LNS and added seating. I can only imagine how great that will look without Vitello in the dugout. How many ways can the UT fan base be tortured? Seems endless and unrelenting.Even if he’s not, this won’t affect Danny at all. Tony could’ve left for Vanderbilt and it wouldn’t affect Danny as long as the money sports are winning.
It never ends. I’m sure Alabama beats us 42-17 tonight but I don’t really care. Baseball is my favorite sport, I coach it, all the high school kids I coach wanted to play at Tennessee (none nearly good enough) just because of Tony.Bet he's already in talks with Rich Wallace for the job.
