Graham wasn’t even a great RB. He was just fast and fumbled too often. His mom was some former sprinter is all I remember about him.

No member of my family are, or have ever been prostitutes. I have a feeling you three frequent them, though. I am going to permanently block all three of you before the rage that is beginning to boil inside of me again comes out. Many on here saw my posts when tragedy struck last year. I think this is a pissing in the wind type distraction from child trafficking in general. It’s petty. Small minds celebrate this type of operation.

It’s like busting high school kids for simple possession while leaving the borders wide open.

It’s a fair legal question. My great grandmother was married at 16. My great grandfather was 19. Was he a perv?? There’s a huge difference in someone who is attracted to pre-pubescent adolescents. Huge. Why a grown man would try to pay for sex with anyone, much less a 16 year old, is a mystery to me, but let’s not act like a man can distinguish between a fully developed 16 year old and someone that turned 18 yesterday.

I think paying for sex on any level is about as pathetic as it gets, just as is paying for dances at strip clubs.

well as someone who has worked both with law and in law enforcement, you simply need to educate yourself on the law. You are completely wrong and trying to defend something that's illegal and obvious

That was a little different in the 1800s...there are laws preventing this today, and it's a little different if BOTH are teenagers vs a 50 year old and 16 yo

OK. Maybe you know more than me on this because I’ve never seen an app like this.

I say that because if someone is on an app, openly claiming to sell something that is a felony crime - one would have to be below average intelligence to think this was anything other than a set up. That’s why I think the age was either not presented through anything other than verbal communication, or these 3 men are all severely handicapped.

Why was it different? Because it happened? It still happens in many parts of the world. Heck, you should look at practices in parts of the Middle East, Asia and in Africa. You’d lose your mind. Hell, there are people living in this country who are betrothed to minors.

I’m not defending Graham, only trying to clear the lines between those who perp on pre pubescent children. Hell, I’d have a problem with a 50 year with an 18 year old even though it’s perfectly legal. It would amplify my disgust if they were paying for it.

That's exactly why when booked, they throw as many charges at you as possible...because the investigators and guys doing the work know that when it gets into the lawyers hands it's going to be plead out most times.

It wouldn't surprise me to see this dropped down to a simple solicitation charge.

You cannot go by "fully developed". In times passed, a child was considered available when she started menstruation. It did not matter to the people making those rules the effect of that had on the mental state. In other countries it is still considered that way. Why do you think there is such a market human trafficking for the eplicit purpose of the sexual exploitation of minors? If you go fully on "fully developed", you would be very foolish. I can guarantee you would be wrong. You would have probably tried to pursue my 12 year old daughter, who had the physical development that made her look like a twenty year old. Then I would have needed to commit a felony myself to prevent it. No wonder this world is in the shape it is in. Even without my OCPD, I know this is wrong. May GOD help all of you. 🤢🤮

While that is normally true, you do realize that women are trafficked everywhere as strippers, escorts, prostitutes, and yes minors are as well

I know an ICAC Investigator, and he told me that there are more pedophiles and sex predators on the Internet than you can count… and that some of them are in very prominent positions.
