Not really a Bubba fan, or really a NASCAR fan at all any more for that matter, but kind of cool to get some extra GOOD publicity for the program and the school from someone that does have a following and public profile.

Won the brickyard and wasn’t ran out of the playoff first round. His finishes weren’t always the best but he ran consistently better than he has in the past

I actually don't mind William Darrell as a driver. He is very talented. He just pulled the card when he shouldn't have. Granted, it was at a time of "that" going on in America.

Yeah, the “SC” in NASCAR left somewhere in the 70’s along with “Fireball” Roberts and Tiny Lund and AJ Foyt. As usual, Big Money and bureaucracy ruins.
