Altercation After The Game

Heck, can't blame Arky for being pissed. They came close to stealing this from us in Neyland. Petrino rallied his troops and were a penalty or turnover away from victory. They smelled it.
I can blame the idiot Petrino as hasn't acted like a HC since he got his first HC job. He is a snake in the grass and not an example for anyone to emulate.

Golesh would be really good for yall if he would take the job.

What about Gundy?
Wouldn’t mind him as OC but similar to Dabo I’m not sure his philosophy meshes well with all of the NIL/portal stuff in modern college football

If the Arkansas AD has half a brain, then they should move on from BP at season’s end.
Why in the hell would you hire a guy who 💩 on your program? This also applies to Tennessee with Kiffin & Pearl. You just don’t do that.

Props to Young, the Arkansas player who was walking through the middle of all chill. Not starting anything and quickly defused things when a UT staffer grabbed his arm. Cool head.

Arkansas hired Petrino to Win games. Not worried or concerned about emulation or where he likes to lie.

He is a great offensive coach but I doubt he can rekindle the magic at Arkansas when he had it rolling. Arky will probably upset a good team and that will be enough justification for them to keep him.
Might be A&M next weekend…

Arkansas over A&M is my upset pick next week. They could easily win their next 3. Auburn doesnt have the offense to keep up with them and MS State isnt the same on the road. Win against Mizzou to end the season and hes got em bowling.
I like the Hogs to beat A&M, as well.

I thought the TN band was located in front of where the team comes out thru the T to start the game. I have seen this in other games, that both teams exit the field thru the same exit area. That can be risky.
The Pride of the Southland marching band sits in the student section on the opposite end of the stadium from the Vols’ locker room/tunnel. Visiting teams use the tunnel to the right of our band.

They just need to put the visitors where the student section is, and seats the students on that end of the field. Problem solved.

We would have won the game / should have won the game by 14 plus if CJH does not try to run out the clock with 8:00 to play. It almost cost us the game.

Yup. Taking the air out of the ball is going to bite his azz sooner than later. He never seems to learn either.

They have been doing that to a lot of teams this year but fall short getting the win.

Arkie has three home games up next. A&M, Auburn and Miss. State. They'll win 2 of those contests.

A&M has film to study and prepare for Arkansas. I'm still not 100% sold on the aggies as a top 5 team yet and Arkansas has a chance to pull off the upset if they can limit those turnovers and protect their QB.
