I saw a film breakdown today that said it best about Banks. He understands schematically why banks is trying to do what he calls (especially on third down), but seems to lack the knowledge or care to understand his team and personnel. This year's team is not good in zone and playing the sticks well. Stop trying to force it and do what they do best and adjust to your personnel.

This is why I think Heupel is one of the best offensive minds in football. He adjusts his offense to the personnel and plays to their strengths depending on the talent and personnel.

Exactly. Or we can do more soft cover 3 against less talented running teams so they can come from behind and challenge us.

I don't necessarily disagree with that. I'm saying if Rhule is #1 on PS board, as is being reported, and he goes there...one, neither of us will know whether or not Cignetti would turn PSU down.
