Recruiting Forum Football Talk IX

I'm going to share this recruiting profile from 247. Read this and guess where this player was ranked. I'm not going to tell you who it is yet. I wanna see something.

"Has a game tailor made for the next level because of his positional versatility. Shows off a rare combination of size, compete level and athleticism and can line up at about 3-4 different spots. Projectable frame at about 6-foot-3.5, 210 pounds and plays both linebacker and safety. He has exceptional lateral mobility, can drop and cover and plays with a consistent motor. Routinely covers wide receivers down the field in 7v7 play and is very comfortable playing in space. Can blitz off the edge and has the speed to run down plays from behind. He plays with maniacal effort and motor and has a nice mean streak to him as well. He’s a very twitchy player who reads and reacts quickly, can change direction, get off blocks and is a huge hitter. Really doesn't have a discernible weakness and has the kind of all around game that should allow him to see the field as a true freshman."

Tough day for @Dobbs 4 Heisman most dynamic WR Ryan Williams.

0 catches for 0 yards. Can’t get open vs Mizzou but supposedly better than Jeremiah Smith 😂

Ryan Williams has regressed tremendously this year. He's definitely making me look bad for that take. We'll see if its a dip or his performance early last year was an aberration.

I'd be a lot more worried if our 3 razor thin SEC games didn't include UGA.

But we know we can play up to opponents...not just down.

@bama will be very interesting. Home stretch could be 6-0 or 2-4. Nearly impossible to tell with this team. I'm still thinking 8-4 to 10-2. 9-3 most likely. Same as preseason.
