Crockpot Buffalo chicken dip

- rotisserie chicken. Debone that b!tch
-8 ounces cream cheese
-1 1/2 cup shredded mozzerella
-1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
-1/3 cup Franks hot sauce
-1/4 cup sour cream

Throw that sh!t in a crockpot on low for a few hours

Add green onion or blue cheese on top If you want

Eat with veggies (or a damn spoon)

Watch the pounds come off.

I mean, he's on a keto diet and I offered a delicious keto SNACK to substitute for high carb snacks. I've lost 70 lbs over the last year while eating this instead of fried foods and nachos during most football and basketball games. Excuse me lol

70 pounds while eating a truckload of cheese and cream cheese? Nice!

It sounds delicious. It just doesn't sound very healthy.

I lost around 65 pounds eating the same way. Just cut out carbs and sugar. The narrative that fat = unhealthy is a false one.
 
Well, I finished my first day of workouts. I did 16 sets of 10 curls. . . tomorrow will be the same, + 16 sets of 10 shoulder. Sunday will add another area and so on. By next Wednesday I should be getting about 900 reps a day in . .

I'll take a day off of lifting every 2 days. I'll be doing the p90x workout on my days off. . .

Just one to us and then we hold the head to head. If Missouri wins, I doubt they lose more than one and have a shoe in to the playoff playing no one.

Depends if we also win out and what UGA does.

In the scenario UGA wins out,
Bama loses to Vols and wins everything else, Vols drop a game to anyone

Both teams 10-2 but Bama would have better W (@ UGA).
