The debate afaik is really about the amount that can be done, not if it its technically possible. Most things I have seen and heard suggest it is but the rate of muscle gain vs fat loss is significantly unbalanced with varying levels of success for different populations.

Random question that just popped in my head.

If Tim Banks were to leave after this season, what would you all think about Brent Pry at DC? When he was DC at Penn St., he recruited Virginia and the DMV extremely well.

Edit: Would Heupel turn to William Inge with him already being on staff?
