For those who have received an email l from UT concerning basketball tickets tied to The Riverside Club, has anyone declined signing it ? It states you are agreeing to 10 years commitment..

Did they say anything about how deciding not to sign related to this years tickets? I already paid for mine but am concerned they were take them

Cross it out. Initial and date it. Make a copy and see what happens. If they take your money, that would be tacit agreement that they agree to the modified terms.

I’ve already paid for my season tickets, this letter to sign just came out a couple of days ago.

Gotta love the balls to ask someone to commit to 10 years of tickets without any visibility into how much your ticket may cost at any point in time. Pretty ridiculous. I would imagine though that can’t be legally binding. Otherwise you could lock someone in at the current rate, jack it up to $100,000 a ticket the next year, and they’d have to pay?
