Official Gramps' Memorial Eternal OT Thread

Hey @Grand Vol and errbody else.. any of you have experience with FRT forced reset triggers? They are legal and have insane fire rates on most guns. It looks like on at least some models, if you pin the trigger back when you squeeze it you can still fire single rounds rather than dumping half or all of a mag. Any of yall used one yet? This guy yaps a lot, but he also tests this FRT on a good range of rifles in the video. I have seen them on Glock and other pistols also...they can dump a 17 round mag in about 2secs or so?

Couple questions if you know:

How easy would it be to change out on a Glock34?

How easy on an AR from say Palmetto?

Seems crazy on a pistol but I could see putting one on an AR. Especially if you have more than 1 rifle in different calibers etc but still on an AR platform

ARs are pretty standard across the board when it comes to parts swaps. So, should be easy for even a half competent gunsmith.

Haven't used the trigger, so, not sure.

Getting really excited about going to the game this weekend. Havent been in a couple years and i feel like a kid before Christmas even though I'm crowding 50. This will be my daughters 1st game and she is more excited than I am. Always took her brother when she was smaller and i got tickets and I regret that now. Hope we crush Arkansas. Think we will score a lot of points. Can't wait to get to Knoxville

This is the a great day. Low 50s in the am with a high in the low 70s. Sunshine and low humidity.

AWESOME.

Football isnt the only reason October is the best month of the year. Best weather too plus leaves turning. October and March are usually the best weather wise. Forecast for the game Saturday when last I checked was 72 at kickoff and 67 at 8pm . Doesn't get any better than that man
