Billy Ray, looking jacked!this him? View attachment 780042
In fact I said it before, when he was at Cleveland. I also said on here he would suck at UNC. I was shocked that New England hired him and thought he would suck there too. I was wrong. I used watch him (when I used watch the NFL) at New England and he never looked like he was coaching, he looked like he was just wandering around like a homeless guy. Were you saying this his entire time there?
Can he put both hands in his hip pockets at the same time? That is the sure test.To me it all depends on body type, mesomorph, ecto, endomorph. Age, genetics, etc. My recommendation is Strength training starts early in day with trunk muscles. 1 hour of cardio in addition
Later in day 20 lb weights hit the detail work. So the, 'I'm just working out in back yard,' **** is ****.
If a man lifts 20 lb weights all day, to high repetition. Esp if he's a naturally sinewy person, but you're just adding muscle onto.
That's if you want to be shredded.
A diet of lean chicken, nuts, etc doesnt hurt either. South Beach is an old tried and true regimin. Although i'm sure it has changed exponentially in recent years.
I’ve been in the “fitness world” for a decade. You’d be surprised. Also now with these influencers out there saying they are natty by doing bare minimum. Some people believe it.I just can't picture someone juicing and lifting only 20 lbs dumbbells. Why risk the drawbacks of anabolic steroids and not adopt a proper lifting program?
I'm glad our coaches don't have as much free time as you lol.I’m glad our coaches don’t have as many excuses as you. Lol
They only care about winning and no excuses.
How is it an excuse to state that our defense doesn't play as well when we are playing backups? Seems like an obvious fact.I’m glad our coaches don’t have as many excuses as you. Lol

Do you even lift 20 lb weights in back yard? How is it an excuse to state that our defense doesn't play as well when we are playing backups? Seems like an obvious fact.
You are pretty quick to call it when you think coaching is at fault, but think it's just an excuse to identify weaknesses due to injury?
