Why are the options so far apart? Blow out to me is like 4 scores. Playing down to the competition makes me think it's a 1 score game. Consistently being ahead by 14 and the game never in doubt, would be an example of neither.
Yeah, there should be a comfortable win option.

I believe the run game will be back and set up some long passes. Wouldn’t be a bit surprised to see us have 600 yds of offense and get revenge for last year.

It’s going to go to overtime. Bishop is going to score on the first play again, and we’re going to go for two and convert because Arky won’t have stopped the run all day. We’re going to get a pick six on the first play of their possession, and become the first team ever to cover a 13.5 point spread in OT.

Our freshman corner is getting more SEC level every game. We are getting some defenders back from injury. I think we will put Arkansas away early and will be ready when we go to Tuscaloosa.
Lost in all the concern about McCoy‘s return timeline is the fact that you mentioned: Redmond is becoming better every week. And the discrepancy between him and McCoy, while still existant, is being reduced every week. He is, at the least right now, an SEC level corner. By season’s end, he will be more than that.

And next year, Redmond and Gibson will be a great CB duo. Just go buy a Star and a Safety in the portal.
