I just think on the road @ bama I would rather have McCoy the first round corner. Bama's run game is sub par this year. Horton, Germie, and Williams pose more problems.

I'm going with a game wrecking D-line. Almost any corner is screwed if you're losing the LOS. Redmond is better than most corners we've started under Heup. 2022 we rolled Rucker and Charles out there at corner against them.

We need to stop the run and get to Simpson. Heck Vandy had 4 sacks. There's a weak point in their pass pro.

D-line is more important than CBs. Every day. Every time. Without question.

Hood and Redmond are playing well and will play even better if the D line can get more pressure and stop the run.

A good D line will also free up the LBs more to make plays behind the LOS.

To NFL peeps the combines mean more than performance at the college level. If he sits and shows out at the combine he will be fine. Actual play on the field only gets you on the radar.

We will actually probably play more zone with McCoy out. When he and Gibson were in there that is when we went heavy man.

I’ll be shocked if we see him play. Like I said before the season and got attacked, I was told he was being told not to play and train for the NFL. Obviously our staff would not say that and would just keep extending the timeline. I would love to be wrong though.

Then he needs to pay us back the money we gave him for literally nothing and piss off..IF....IF...IF...this is true.

That would be a garbage pussy fraud move...just announce before the season that you're done so everyone can move on...the ONLY reason I can see for him not doing that, if NOT playing has been his intention all along, is to keep collecting paychecks for doing nothing.

I really hope it is not true, because it would cause me to lose all respect and feeling for him....I want to believe, and will until it's proven wrong, what coach Heupel has been saying....that Mod has been doing everything he possibly can, as hard as he can to get back and help us get to the playoffs when he is DESPERATELY needed.

Well, we all know that will depend on if they get to hold with impunity or not. They had a couple holding penalties early against Vandy, thus they couldn’t continue doing it. If we don’t get any holding called early, it will be a long frustrating night for our DL and defense.

This is exactly why the narrative of "his camp" bs needs to stop. He got hurt in January of 2025, based on the average NFL recovery time, he would be cleared to return in to games in 13.6 months, which is after the 2025 National Championship Game...so yea im sure there are some in his camp that would recommend focusing on the Draft, but it sounds like he is doing everything he can to return before that. If he doesn't, it shouldn't be held against him and he shouldn't be labeled a "pussy fraud" for it. I don't blame you for having this logic, I blame all the jackwagons trying to get e-cred by spouting it over and over.

Again, the dude had ACL surgery 8 and a half months ago. It is not normal to come back that fast.
