I do believe the issue is federal buildings and federal law enforcement that are under seige. I'm also pretty sure that if that happened in red states, the states would deal with it.

Troops have been deployed on American soil multiple times before as you well know.
Look up Eisenhower sending the national guard to Little Rock to enforce school desegregation.
A state is not allowed to simply choose to defy the federal government.
What would your solution be to this eventuality?

Why isn’t it happening in red states? There’s no pissed off "radical leftists" or "antifa" in red states? Swing states?

It‘s almost like he’s making **** up as justification to exclusively demonstrate power to his political opponents. You know, like a dictator would.

If they are actively involved in an operation they would be fair game, nobody has claimed that. I provided a youtube video (edited post above), Obama is not claiming they have credible information as to their plot because he didn't have one, which is why they sent the information to DOJ months earlier.

Right now, under this theory - Trump can eliminate any Americans that go overseas for any reason or no reason.

If the U.S. has credible information that immediate threat is to be carried out than a target can be placed on them and there is no other choice, imo, in this instance they just didn't want the guy working for them and they simple assassinated the kid.

You may have not noticed, but ICE is doing just fine in their roundup. If you can't see this for what it is, I'm not going to bother discussing it with you. The boot is gagging you.

It's likely not happening in red states because they know local law enforcement would squash it and the proverbial book would be thrown at them.

You are aware that ICE agents came under actual gunfire in Chicago this weekend right? And the Chicago police were ordered to not assist. Sounds like Dems are leaving ICE no other choice than to have federal troop protection.

They’ve been caught showing videos of 2020 riots and trying to pass them off as the current situations in those cities. So yes, it matters.
