But the lawlessness and runaway crime in blue cities DOESN‘T rile you up?The Federal troops deployed on American soil riles me up.
When the deployment was discussed in the other thread, as long as there is no NG LEO activity occurring unrequested by the local authorities / governor, there isn't anything in violation of the constitution.Im all for curb stomping libs (mostly metaphorically) but it should be the local LEOs doing it. It adds a more personal touch.
So when this gets thrown out on appeal you'll be 100% on board that it was democracy at it's finest? Because it will be thrown out.Yes. And you can call them activist judges all you want, they are standing on the Constitution which conservatives used to make a big show of pretending to care about. Your HS Civics teacher
should‘ve covered this with you.
Crime rates is such a useless statistic.Such horseshit.
There are cities in red states with much higher crimes rates.
It‘s just like conservative hypocrites to ignore the problem of gun violence then use it as pretext to sent the MILITARY into cities governed by the other party.
You chuds genuinely don’t recognize you’d become fascists, do you? Literal pedo protecting fascist cult and you’re talking about crime? Spare me.
Didn't the SCOTUS just agree that there judges don't have the authority under the Judiciary Act of 1789 to issue "universal" or nationwide injunctions blocking presidential executive actions...don't seem the Constitution has spoken in this regard. And judges that continue to do this sort of thing should be held accountable. What keeps the liberal, activists judges in check? According to FF are the end all be all?
Yes, the supreme court said that district judges cannot impose nationwide injunctions. Ben the communist should know this since he's an expert.Didn't the SCOTUS just agree that there judges don't have the authority under the Judiciary Act of 1789 to issue "universal" or nationwide injunctions blocking presidential executive actions...don't seem the Constitution has spoken in this regard. It already got thrown out. It was thrown out when the lady’s house burned last night. So if it goes to the supreme court and it gets thrown the eff out you'll be onboard with it being 100% democracy as it was intended?
It’s not that I’m an expert, it just seems that way since you don’t have the first clue how or why your govt works.Yes, the supreme court said that district judges cannot impose nationwide injunctions. Ben the communist should know this since he's an expert.
And, if Ben and his activist judges knew anything about the constitution they'd know that it is well within the presidents purview to deploy national guard troops to protect federal property. He's just pissed that they are not being aloud to rape, pillage, and burn.
Are you freakin' on crack? What does the judges home in the Carolinas have to do with the Portland judge? Also, it was the same judge. It has been appealed to a higher court where it will be thrown out.It already got thrown out. It was thrown out when the lady’s house burned last night.
What don’t you get about that? You still haven’t answered if you know what the TRO was about to begin with.
Evidently you don't know the first thing about anything government. It will be thrown out. If you knew anything about the constitution you would know that the president can deploy troops to protect federal assets. I'm sorry your communist buddies won't be able to "peacefully" protest. It’s not that I’m an expert, it just seems that way since you don’t have the first clue how or why your govt works.
The S. Carolina judge issued a TRO because the Feds were trying to acquire the state’s voter rolls along with the voters’ personal info. But they found a conservative judge to overturn it. So if there was an arsonist he prob didn’t know any of that, like Involuntary.I don't know. I didn't read anything in the news release that mentioned the judge's TRO. What's the connection with the fire?
I thought voter rolls were public record with things like SS#, DL# and votes cast were private. The S. So anyway, if you live in SC enjoy your data being sold to Palantir.
Just because she was appointed by Trump doesn't mean anythhing. She's in effin Oregon for Go's sake. She is an activist judge and it will be overturned on appeal. You are just upset the raping, pillaging, and burning down sh!t is going to stop. And, calling me a fascist is hilarious considering it was your communist leaders that went to big tech and ordered them to squash conservative's speech. The democrats always are doing what they claim their opponents are. You’re still calling Immergut an activist judge?
Like I said, Republican Trump appointee.
This is why I don’t debate with fascists, or dipsh!ts, and you’re in the middle of that Venn.
The dims don't like lightI thought voter rolls were public record with things like SS#, DL# and votes cast were private.
Since this is new for me, I did a quick search. It looks like there are "concerns" about a federal database of voters. But nothing showing any of those concerns are substantiated.
Full disclosure: I do not vote so this is an incredibly low concern for me personally.
Such horseshit.
Spare me.
Please list said cities ALONG WITH the party affiliation of their MAYORS. I‘ll wait.Such horseshit.

Yes, evidently. He's good with the judge in Portland. She's a fine upstanding constitutionalist but the judge in SC was a POS liberal, Marxist, fascist. Not the one who's house burned, she was awesome. It was the one that overturned her ruling that a POS.Wait...are we all talking about two different judges???
FYPSuch horseshit.
