When the deployment was discussed in the other thread, as long as there is no NG LEO activity occurring unrequested by the local authorities / governor, there isn't anything in violation of the constitution.

Didn't the SCOTUS just agree that there judges don't have the authority under the Judiciary Act of 1789 to issue "universal" or nationwide injunctions blocking presidential executive actions...don't seem the Constitution has spoken in this regard. And judges that continue to do this sort of thing should be held accountable.

Yes, the supreme court said that district judges cannot impose nationwide injunctions. Ben the communist should know this since he's an expert.

And, if Ben and his activist judges knew anything about the constitution they'd know that it is well within the presidents purview to deploy national guard troops to protect federal property. He's just pissed that they are not being aloud to rape, pillage, and burn.

Are you freakin' on crack? What does the judges home in the Carolinas have to do with the Portland judge? Also, it was the same judge. It has been appealed to a higher court where it will be thrown out.

The S. Carolina judge issued a TRO because the Feds were trying to acquire the state’s voter rolls along with the voters’ personal info. But they found a conservative judge to overturn it. So if there was an arsonist he prob didn’t know any of that, like Involuntary.

So anyway, if you live in SC enjoy your data being sold to Palantir.

I thought voter rolls were public record with things like SS#, DL# and votes cast were private.

Since this is new for me, I did a quick search. It looks like there are "concerns" about a federal database of voters. But nothing showing any of those concerns are substantiated.

Full disclosure: I do not vote so this is an incredibly low concern for me personally.

Just because she was appointed by Trump doesn't mean anythhing. She's in effin Oregon for Go's sake. She is an activist judge and it will be overturned on appeal. Yes, evidently. He's good with the judge in Portland. She's a fine upstanding constitutionalist but the judge in SC was a POS liberal, Marxist, fascist. Not the one who's house burned, she was awesome. It was the one that overturned her ruling that a POS.
