Texas @ Florida

Interesting match-up, Arch and Lagway have underperformed. Florida has homefield advantage, possibly a wet field, and they are backed into a corner but still have talent.

If Florida defense steps up and can find a few scoring plays on offense I could see this being a dogfight. Would be a shame to see those Texas egos suffer a second loss so soon in the season.
Watching Fla and Vandy playing tough, there are no cupcake games in the SEC.

Three takeaways so far…

1. Our defense has been solid all year.
2. Dallas Wilson appears to be that dude.
3. Arch Manning appears to not be that dude.

I’m pleasantly surprised at how well we’ve run the ball against those guys.

Still plenty of time for Napier to screw this up.

The Swamp is a tough environment when Florida is playing well and/or has confidence. We see that.

It's important for the visitor understand this. Clearly Texas didn't, and I'm not sure they are good enough if they did know it.

I think Florida, Auburn, and us have the toughest environments in the SEC IMO. Sanford is up there too.

LSU lost my respect when all the corn dog eaters cried (and still will) about our game with them in 22 being at noon. Ummm, we all play ball at noon. You can do it too. So LSU at night? Amazing. But they're weak as hell before dark.
