It started before halftime. Cincinnati had a clean interception to end the half and they called PI when the defender just undercut the receiver and jumped up and intercepted the ball. Next play, TD for Iowa St.

It low key feels like theres an agreement, they wont win, but the refs were told not to allow Cincy to run them either.

I get it with some of the RPO stuff because you could create an advantage, but calling it on a 30 yard bomb, is dumb.
