Exempt from civil not criminal provisions. I don't see a criminal issue here. However it's freaking gross. And Trump needs to publicly show it was him or JD who authorized it

Take the Biden admin and their partisan prosecutions of Trump. Trump grossly overreacts to those by going a step further. Whereas Biden’s were obviously partisan, Trump has to one up him by being openly partisan.
