FBI Severs All Ties With Southern Poverty Law Center

The FBI has cut all ties with the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), Director Kash Patel announced Friday.

Patel said the SPLC’s “hate map” and partisan activism made the group unfit for partnership, the Daily Signal reported. The SPLC, a left-wing activist group based in Alabama, is best known for labeling mainstream conservative and religious organizations as “hate groups.” (RELATED: Charlie Kirk Delivers Blunt Message SPLC Never Expected After It Labels Turning Point USA ‘A Hate Group’)

“The Southern Poverty Law Center long ago abandoned civil rights work and turned into a partisan smear machine,” Patel wrote on X. “Their so-called ‘hate map’ has been used to defame mainstream Americans and even inspired violence. That disgraceful record makes them unfit for any FBI partnership.”

US Attorneys are often removed from their positions with changes in administrations. They and their staff are restructured with the new AG. Being removed after working with Monaco involving RussiaGate hoax and J6 prosecutions would make more sense for his removal versus a SM post from Julie Kelly just a few hours from the firing.

Ben'Ary didn't work on the Russia Collusion investigation, nor did he prosecute January 6th insurrectionists; he focus was on national security cases. Career DOJ attorneys are not normally fired by incoming AG's acting on behalf of the president who is acting on behalf of an influencer, which is evidenced by Ben'Ary's own 20 year career that spanned 4 different presidents.

Ben'Ary was senior counsel to Lisa Monaco in her role as Deputy AG for the Biden administration. While on her staff, she oversaw the start of the documents and election interference cases against Trump.

As you probably also know, Monaco was involved in the initial 2016 meeting spawning the RussiaGate hoax against President Trump. I think her security clearances were eliminated, if not they should be.

Correct, a career DOJ attorney, that as her 'senior counsel' coordinated information sharing with other US attorney offices for her; how dare he, right?.

He had zero involvement with any of Trump's cases, the Russian collusion investigation, or prosecuting January 6th insurrectionists.

You guys would have been apoplectic if Biden had been firing career DOJ attorneys at the behest of influencers spewing nonsense on twitter.

I gave you my view of why he was removed. You keep believing it was a SM post just hours before the firing. And free advice for any other person in DOJ connected to Lisa Monaco, I would get your resume and Linked In accounts updated.
