May I ask in as if possible without giving personal info .what capacity do you work for the fed??No. They dont. I've NEVER seen an email or notice blaming a political party for anything. 26 years as a fed. 100% hatch act violation.
The Trump administration is completely insane. They've also shuttered funds to a dozen inspector generals. Why? Because they provide independent oversight and avenues for whistle blowers for the government. Take a step back and look what's going on. Federal troops in American cities patrolling. Goverment oversight functions shut down. For people who hate government the Republicns are stroking each other over what looks like a total government takeover. Most of yall are no better than the loony dims. Different agenda items but still yearn for government control of your life.
"Its ok when my guys doing it"..
he likes to pretend like he is deep and has sound reasoning. but whenever he gets pushed on any topic he always defaults to one of his throw-aways.You are touching on his problems. Once you make morality a relative and meaningless concept, you can do whatever you want to with it. It literally just becomes the worst of Machiavellian tactics. Nothing is "actually" wrong or right. Just useful for manipulating your end results.
You can excuse your side for doing it, while demonizing your enemies for doing it. Sound familiar?
You can call it wrong today when it benefits you and use it as an ideal tomorrow when that suits you. Sound familiar?
You can hit the escape hatch by merely claiming that we're all just bald apes, and yawn at the implications of that statement. Because it suits you, and also because you have nowhere else to go when questioned.
Save the babies because they are of immense, objective value! You should suffer if it saves just one baby! (Also, they're just ape meat and would be treated much differently by the jungle apes, and I have no basis to say why we-apes should be any different than they-apes.)
Strange that you missed the conversation about ER abuse (you were involved in it) that included a question about the expense of ER treatment being a deterrent to the uninsured and a reply about the availability of free clinics (the post I replied to).Healthcare for poor and immigrants was a general topic on the board at the time. You then stated the uninsured will use the ER a lot and that tax payers will have to pay for that anyway.
Seems like an argument in favor of providing insurance
I am absolutely digging the new "yawn" fallback. In context, he seems completely oblivious to the irony of it.he likes to pretend like he is deep and has sound reasoning. but whenever he gets pushed on any topic he always defaults to one of his throw-aways.
-Trump/Republican hatred
-yawn is new
-say its not worth explaining to us rubes
-say its self-evident, but can never explain why
-Trump/Republican hatred
How about: One was targeted as political fodder. You trolling about Trump attending a funeral for two illegals isn’t your best work. Kirk was an an American killed over free speech, two illegals were criminals. Had the guy missed your spin would be different.
Your post crave political violence, it’s part of your gig. Silent for a decade but somehow finding peace now that the left has been exposed as the bad guys.
Strange that you missed the conversation about ER abuse (you were involved in it) that included a question about the expense of ER treatment being a deterrent to the uninsured and a reply about the availability of free clinics (the post I replied to).
Kirk is the reason Trump won in November. The Democrats are the reason 2 illegals got killed because of there rhetoric towards ice agentsNo, I said that political violence by either side is completely awful and to be condemned.
But the illegals were just as much victims of it as Kirk, regardless of the subjective motivation of the shooter.
You and Trump jump up and down and decry political violence from the left, but minimize it from the right. Even worse, you value one life over the other depending on the politics of the victim.
Did you stop reading halfway through the first sentence?Yes, ER abuse. Specifically you mentioned ER abuse by the uninsured. To which I brought up the obvious fact that giving people insurance doesn’t improve that. In reality, it leads to them abusing the ER more.
I’m not sure why this is so hard for you.
There is no uninsured or insured patients in military hospitals. All patients receive care based on military service. Military hospitals service active and retired members.Lots of uninsured patients in military hospitals, I'm sure. It would make one an expert on the effects of uninsured patients.
Did you stop reading halfway through the first sentence?
It is, that was the angle I was going with. Not sure LG needs to take fake rage of “one life”, when he’s silent on Chicago murders, abortion or even the terrorist bombings yesterday. How about: One was targeted as political fodder.
The others were accidental casualties from an apparent leftist who was too stupid to hit his ICE targets?
It's terrible that these illegal aliens are dead. Absolutely horrific and reprehensible. From the context of the effect on the country, there is no correlation. They are not martyred targets of an unhinged political ideal that is trying to terrorize the country into submitting to their demands.
Period. End stop.
Would the retired members not be covered under VA benefits? Wouldn't previous service be analogous to "insurance" in a military hospital if being seen in a military hospital was a benefit afforded by their service? There is uninsured or insured patients in military hospitals. All patients receive care based on military service. Military hospitals service active and retired members.
I think we’ve discovered the root of the problem.I have no obligation to respond to every aspect of your post. I don’t care about the free clinic aspect.
I think we’ve discovered the root of the problem.
Your brain seems to shut off when it encounters information that doesn’t jive with whatever it is that you want to say.
“Theres a conversation about ER abuse and people are asking about uninsured people going to the ER. Somebody mentioned uninsured people go to the ER!”
“There was a conversation about ER abusethat involved people asking about uninsured people going to the ER”
It’s not about you having to respond to anything it’s about figuring out why you don’t comprehend the context of the post that you misunderstood. It’s cleared up now. I appreciate your patience with me being slow to understand the cause of your malfunction.
You're really struggling here. Yes retired members are eligible for care in VA facilities for service connected conditions, but have EARNED care in military facilities for any condition.Would the retired members not be covered under VA benefits? Wouldn't previous service be analogous to "insurance" in a military hospital if being seen in a military hospital was a benefit afforded by their service?
What is your definition of "Uninsured"? Is that definition analogous to random people walking into a public hospital and getting their care comped by the taxpaying public?
TIA.
