Apparently Syracuse has an 8th year senior on their roster: https://cuse.com/sports/football/roster/david-reese/24657

If you look at his 247 page, he was first offered by Miss State... in January 2016. Dan Mullen still had two seasons left in Starkville at that point.

This guy's recruiting cycle and collegiate career has spanned a full decade.

I will never understand doing that to a car. It looks funny, no performance benefit, you can not drive them anywhere, and the turning radius is about the size of Neyland Stadium.

I try not to make fun of the people who do it, though. . . not too much anyway. At least they have some passion about something.

They’re a wounded animal backed into a corner.
They have playmakers.
They will have the element of surprise/unknown.
They have a wild card coach.

Comments already being made about how the team has nothing to prepare for.

Hope they’re ready. They could easily get bit in this scenario.

I’d be nervous if it was on the road… but it’s not. I can’t remember the last time we no showed in Neyland against an inferior opponent.

Agreed. Plus Arkansas got us last year in an almost identical scenario. They aren’t sneaking up on us this time

I’m thinking a 45-24 type win

Drew Allar is bad...but also the biggest complaint with him is completion %, 3 of his games he's been under 58% but I'm not sure if that's all on him or if it's drops.

Nico is still Nico and he chose UCLA, his completion % is a bit inflated because he has been checking down so often. Holds the ball too long and misses on the deep ball when he throws it. Those rushing attempts have gone up because he's back to first read and run mentality.

Dude took 41 passing attempts and had 11 rushing against UNLV and just 255 passing yards. He's lost his confidence throwing it past 10 yards it seems.

Allar is chucking it though, just missed more than he hits.
