I doubt many countries would be stupid enough to sink an unarmed aid ship. Maybe Myanmar, NK, or some other pariah.
This one's pretty famously unarmed. The ships didn't have to go through Israel's waters to get to Gaza and where they were intercepted isn't in Israeli waters. How can the intercepting country possibly know such a vessel is unarmed?
This is not a vessel operated by a neutral party working thru any official channels to bring aid. In fact, they have rejected multiple offers by neutral parties to take the "aid" on their behalf.
Not only are these folks not a neutral party, they are publicly calling for the victory of the intercepting country's enemy.
There is no country on earth with a functioning navy that is going to let that flotilla anywhere near its territorial waters. And many would not go thru the expense and risk of removing the individuals and sending them away. If orders to get lost aren't heeded, those boats wind up on the sea floor.

Hamas will torpedo it.
I do not know how accomplishing number 1 is possible. An ideology, or a hatred of other people, cannot be decreed ending. It has to change culturally. Culture changes are slow. Unless there is going to be extreme policing and control, it is more political posturing that pragmatic plan.
It will take an incredible effort over decades to be successful. I certainly hope it does. There’s going to be an international group involved in demilitarization of Gaza. If done properly that would be a major benefit. Also hopefully there’s an element of education reform. But just removing Hamas from the picture should make a major difference in terms of education
