The Atlanta Braves

It is kind of insane that this wasn't done to at least give him something over the weekend, I mean he won a freakin World Series and had us as a top team until this year. But I guess the Braves HOF induction next year is to make up for it.

Definitely feels like it wasn't his move. Especially since the announcement made zero mention of retirement.

The way they did Kimbrel, I think it’s clear AA doesn’t care lol

Passan said that "he" informed the team of "his decision." I guess that could always be how they're letting him frame it though.

This feels like they wanted to get all their ducks in a row and make sure Snit be will the good company man (aka don't go running off to DOB and bitch about AA for 30 minutes).

It's funny that I'm going to be 33 years old in December and this will only be the 4th manager in the Braves lifetime considering the average lifespan for a manager at one stop is 3 years.

Meanwhile (if you count Majors) Tennessee football has had 9 coaches if you include interims.
