drops and refs took about 17-21 points away from us (missed FG)... these same situations ended up giving msst about 10-14...

the crew in gumpville is gonna be bad. We've GOT to beat the gumps and the gumps wearing stripes.

I'm not worried about our offense... we just had a really bad day, were out of sync, but found a way to finish. Proud of them.

Seriously guys--- we play another defensive game like that against bama, oky, and Candy, we will lose every single one of them... Especially bama and Candy...

This off week needs to be 90% fixing the defense, and 10% WR's/RB's catching passes.... PERIOD.

It should, considering on a MSU TD drive Hood got called for a PI that was far less contact than the CB engaged with Brazzell... even if you 100% are calling a PI there I'm not sure how it wasn't offsetting cause Brazzell only ended up in contact because the CB engaged.

If they're going to call back a big play like that, make damn sure you get it right. Are others outside of vol fans discussing that terrible call?

I agree. If you are injured and can’t play, then there should be an alternate chosen that is with the team the entire time and can fill in for that player. Not fair at all to award a 1/2 point to a team that didn’t earn it.

I said on here leading up to that game that Arkansas' issues had little to do with Sam Pittman and will exist long after him. Their biggest hurdle is that they compete in the SEC and they can't buy a team that can win consistently in that league. And the move to add another SEC game, which Hunter Yurachek the Arkansas AD supported, has made that job even more difficult to win at. What they will have is money to wave at someone that might be hard for them to turn down, but as we have seen those contracts don't guarantee success. As of now though, it's the best open job.

Let’s just disregard the fact that golf is actually a game of integrity. The players actually call penalties on themselves. The reality is no player has ever decided not to play to get a half point. They could but they won’t do what you suggest. It’s total nonsense and simply won’t happen.

Just looked it up he had 5 catches 42 yards and a TD so a pretty good day! Wish things would have worked out with him here but hope he’s enjoying playing there and kills it for them then makes it to the league. Also, hope @Plove23 and the rest of the fam is doing well.
