There are always 3-4 horrible calls or no calls that impact the game against Tennessee.

Agree. His teams are penalty ridden and turnover prone consistently.

He’s a good coach . . . But not elite. 9-3 / 8-4.

Same old same old.

He could be great but he won’t be because that would require him to recruit better and hire better coaches. He isn’t ruthless enough.

But why would he be - if he ever gets fired he will hit a huge buyout! So really no reason to change anything. He has a giant safety net.
