This is much more stressful than the Georgia game, and I was in Neyland.

Just got that spooky feeling things are going to go sideways in the second half.

Offense - too many miscues. Joey started missing some throws last two possessions. State getting more pressure by changing scheme.

Dropped passes - one for a wide open TD. Two for 1st downs.

Their line is huffing and puffing and their qb is rattled. We have to come out and score a touchdown at the start of the half and put them on their heels a little. If we continue to let them hang around it could be bad.

If not for the dropped punt we only give up 10 that half despite offense not being able to stay on field.

IMO front 6 just need to play better and on offense run the ball down their freaking throats. We are either better than them on the LOS or we’re not. Go out there and prove yourself. NO MORE BS

How do we get 20+yds in the air and always stumble after that? We shouldn’t always be questioning what Huepels strategy is but yet here we are again. We need to have better strategy against their run game and then some on offense.

This isn’t a championship team, but I keep hoping D will improve. But so far, it hasn’t and looks worse w/ exception of the four sacks and pick six.

What’s disturbing is we have talented players who should be playing much better imo.

We watched this line hold their own against Georgia’s DL, so I approve this message.

Someone in charge of recruiting and coaching the linebackers doesn’t understand what we need out of the linebacker position for a 4-2 defense. Not sure what the disconnect is there, but I think we need to be rotating some other guys in there.
