This head cold is kicking my ass! Every couple years I'll get a nasty cold that lasts for like a month with harsh coughing. Coughing ain't bad today but definitely in loopy land today lol

Had it a couple of weeks ago. Went old school on it and kicked its butt in 2 days. Never really got bad.

The morning I woke up and felt it coming on I Took 3000 mg of C. 2000 in the am 1000 at bedtime.

Bedtime rubbed Vicks vapor rub on my chest and put a heating pad on medium on my t shirt.

Did both for 2 days.
