We’re a pretty damn good football team.

Georgia is a damn good team probably a top five team in the country. They have one of the best coaches in the country if not the best coach right now. Despise all the complaints from fans the scheme was good enough to win, our execution just wasn’t. We’re going to get healthy and be a thorn in the ass for anyone else we play this year.

Yeah that's great. But it'd be nice to be more than the "thorn in someone's ass" for once in twenty years.

Yes. That said a lot of people had this pencilled in as a loss. Georgia is a playoff team imo. Pisses me off bc we had them. I’m sure Heupel has seen Max make that FG a thousand times in practice and was confident his guy had it

People don't understand the rarity of how many yards we put up on a Kirby Smart defense. It's the most memorable offensive effort any team has had against them in three years.

Tennessee is very good.

Oh the irony of people blaming the very coaches and players who had us in a position to beat the most talented team/coach in the SEC for losing…
We've still gotta win in Gainesville and Tuscaloosa, something we haven't done in forever. Just like today, until we prove we can win against those 3 they have to be considered losses. Hope I'm wrong

The problem is this. Losing a game like this can do one of 2 things.

1. Light a fire under your team/coaching staff.

2. Suck the wind out of a team and cause them to lose confidence.

It’s up to Heupel to ensure this loss wasn’t for nothing.
Huepel needs to realize his own shortcomings first before 1 can happen. Lot if ball left to be played

Not bad for a team who had to plug in App States old QB suddenly in the spring

Brutal way to lose, but we clearly in the same league as Georgia and playoff contenders

Let’s keep getting better
