Wisconsin vs Bama (ABC)

Bama strikes first. On 4th and goal, get a TD with 2:30 left in the first to make it 7-0.

Almost at the end of the first and Wisconsin only has 11 total yards of offense.

That was a pretty nice throw by Simpson for that TD. Hopefully he has the yips by the time we go down to Tuscalooser.

This is gonna be a long afternoon for the Badgers.
14-0.
It was a long afternoon last year in Madison, not many thought it would be better this year . I like and respect Luke Fickel a lot, but it seems like trying to modernize a Wisconsin offense is like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole.

Wisconsin tried to install an air raid offense the last couple of seasons and failed. Now they are shifting away from it and just look completely lost on that side of the ball.

Wisconsin seems to be better when they utilize a run heavy offense. They’ve typically been able to recruit good linemen and running backs.

Wisconsin and the Big Ten.😄
That boy chasing down the sidelines looked like he was running in quicksand

But he looked poor against FSU. The question is, is he improving, or is he just very good against bad opposition? Time will tell.
I only watched bits of the FSU game and have watched all of this one. My impression is that Simpson is improving, in fact, he’s looking very good today. The biggest question is if the offensive line can protect him.

Alabama with DeBoer is a lot like Tennessee, they play very well at home which favors their offense. I want to see how they play on the road. They are 8-0 at home with DeBoer as FYI.

They are playing well leading up to Georgia game which could be interesting (especially if Tennessee wins today).
