Charlie Kirk Shot and killed

Until God's existence can satisfactorily be proven (let alone a clear edict about transgender people), I'll give this "truth" the due weight it deserves.
If you are waiting on „proof“ of the existence of something that exists beyond all time and space you are going to be waiting forever.

that’s why it is called „Faith“.

Name them
Don’t be obtuse. It’s happening in front of our very eyes. My nieces are 11 years old. Raised in a conservative household and have never known anything different. They come home correcting things their parents say, their grandpa says and telling them they should broaden their minds. They question God all the sudden. The list goes on. These are teachers in podunk middle Tennessee. You think colleges aren’t? You’re insane or blind.

Who is being obtuse? The guy who simply asked you for support for your argument or the guy refusing to give it?

couldn't tell with all the congratulations talk - honestly they should just give the facts in these things but they all turn into a giant thank-a-thon
I guess it's expected in such a high profile case to hand out the laurels. I'm assuming there's lots of ongoing digging and we'll get a much more detailed breakdown soon.

I get not liking Trump. You’re pulling stuff from some crappy news sources though.
It’s not about liking or disliking him it’s about this reluctance to hold leadership accountable. We’ve gotten to this spot where politics is a team sport and “screw ur guy he’s my guy and ‘he can do no wrong.’”

It’s weird.

Well if you think gay people should NOT be stoned to death, then yes, Kirk held extremist views.

Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, made a controversial statement in June 2024 during a discussion on his podcast or live event, where he referenced a Bible verse (Leviticus 20:13) to argue against LGBTQ+ acceptance. While criticizing a YouTuber for promoting "love your neighbor" in the context of Pride Month, Kirk quoted the verse and described it as "God's perfect law when it comes to sexual matters," effectively endorsing the biblical prescription of stoning for homosexual acts.

The approximate quote, as captured in video clips and widely reported, is: **"The Bible says if a man lays with a man, they should be stoned to death... That's God's perfect law."**

### Context and Explanation
- This occurred amid Kirk's broader critique of LGBTQ+ visibility, where he likened being gay to an "error" comparable to addiction, urging people to "get free from that."
- The statement drew immediate backlash for promoting violence, though Kirk framed it as a defense of biblical literalism rather than a direct call to action in modern society.
- Video evidence of the exchange has circulated widely on platforms like X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube, showing Kirk reading the verse aloud and affirming its moral authority.
- Posthumously, following Kirk's assassination on September 10, 2025, at Utah Valley University, this quote has been frequently cited in discussions of his legacy and the hypocrisy in mourning him while ignoring his anti-LGBTQ+ rhetoric.
Did you even watch the video in context and absorb the point he was making?

Or did you just get this from social media source taken out of context at their word as evidence you should dislike him and his message?

I can assure you that summary above isn't the message he was sending.

In terms of wwiii, it's important to remember that both parties of this country are being manipulated and set against each other by foreign powers who hope to see us kill each other, thus making us an easier target, in advance of their invasion. Whether they be Republican or Democrat, each person that dies will be one less to help fight off the foreign invaders, and our best allies will be our fellow Americans of whichever party, more so with trump wrecking all of our foreign allies who might otherwise help reduce our burden when we get invaded.
Thank you. I’m surprised more republicans haven’t picked up on this.

This is an obvious diversion and discussion tactic.

Want proof of G^ds existence? Look no further than the Jews, people have been trying to exterminate them for centuries and they're still here.

Easier to have faith in random matter randomly exploding into random organization and randomly creating all life I suppose.

I just feel the sheer amount of teachers in our education system that have come out with absolute filth after this happened should even be enough to tell you that there is quite an issue.

Well, most of us do fine tune things depending on the audience to not hurt people’s feelings believe it or not.. it’s called a filter. (my husband does not possess one) lol… but what I think internally is typically modified about 8 times a day depending on audience and repercussions

His views on gay people and transgender people were widely known.

Attempting posthumous sanitization of his views doesn't really work given the sheer number of videos of him expressing them.

God's View:

1 Corinthians 6:9-11

New International Version

9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men[a] 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

The man you’re speaking of was a known schizophrenic whose stated reasoning was “injustices towards the people of Palestine”

Another schizophrenic. Registered member of the Green Party, a well known public nudist and member of basically a left wing nudist cult, and who claimed to speak to “invisible fairies”

The man who killed her son was motivated by a personal vendetta. He had been in front Judge Salas previously and did not like the outcome.

I disagree with the notion that the FBI in 2020 were primarily Trump supporters. But I do believe Patel is doing a good job fixing that.

Another schizophrenic.
Wow these are all freaky one offs and the right never has any political violence?

My point is that stop with this “it’s the left,” it’s not. It’s both.

I wish more Americans were honest with who they don’t like and what they secretly really want. If you want us divided then say it dude.

I’m here arguing both sides have nut cases and you’re going through blaming everything on schizophrenia. Well if it is let’s give more funding to mental health research to mitigate these issues. Agreed?

Dude……we are ALL abominations to a God who is indescribably Holy. I am not angry with you but you just don’t get it.
Saul (later Paul) literally help round up and murder Christian. He continues late into life the call himself the chiefest of sinners. I think he would agree with the label „abomination“ without any argument whatsoever.
The problem with the trans movement is that is seeks to relabel sin as normal. And once you convince yourself that you aren’t sinful; you are going to have a hard time repenting. That is the road to Hell and that is why Christians try to help people see the truth.

You can ascribe whatever meaning you want to his words, beyond what he said, if you choose to do so.

This doesn’t add up in my head. I’m trying to make it make sense. A guy that had enough of a lack of conscience to steady himself and murder a man in front of thousands of people all the sudden develops so much of a conscience that he turns himself in?
Its conscience. Its the small court room in our hearts that helps us determine good and bad.

My post was in response to another person questioning his views. The fact that Kirk's views align with yours, is irrelevant.
