Yeah, I really don't think so.It’s going to be a problem everywhere. It’ll just be a matter of who gets caught, and how the NCAA will protect their darling schools. You’re not going to see Alabama, Texas, or Ohio State punished even if caught red handed.
I agree, and man, do I hope you are spot on with your gut feeling! I need a big win against Georgia. Been a rough week with the murders and 9/11, and then we had to euthanize my wife’s old mare today too. Just alot of tough emotions this week. Need a feel good win for a pick me up! Let’s go, boys! Let’s get it done!I am feeling wildly optimistic about our chances Saturday.
This has not gone well for me before, but this feels different.
The JA swag is real.
This is correct. Most fixin happens in games and events that are obscure and not high profile. The "fix" in high profile games and events is done with insider info not readily available to the average wagerer.Yeah, I really don't think so.
Rigging games and making money from it without getting caught is exceptionally difficult. You have the problems that come with any conspiracy, combined with the problem that thousands of independent statisticians are observing the betting lines and the money coming in on the teams.
No name schools have two advantages:
1. Less eyes on the games
2. Players making no money, making them more likely to risk it.
Both of those are big factors and they still got caught. If a big time SEC school tried to do the same thing the books would know before the games even got played.
