Tl;dr...

My dad told me last year that he felt like he had about 5 more years left before he had to stop doing alot of the things he does now. He's 81.

Ive thought alot about that.

Today I was talking to someone about getting old and being too old to do certain things. But then I realized, Im not too old to do alot of the things we were talking about. But I don't do them anymore because if something happens .....

I dont try to jump swimming pools on my dirt bike anymore. Not because I can't because of my age, because when I used to do that, if I crashed Id shake it off and try it again. Now, Id go to the hospital.

Im too damn old to recover from hitting the water behind the boat doing 35 mph. Thats why I don't wake board or try to barefoot anymore. I could probably do both, but if I couldn't, I might never walk again. Lol. Serially.

Do you have the metal cover or are you talking about the fabric cover? I opted for the Blackstone cover. It's big and heavy but works well.
