My oldest son is getting married today! It's supposed to be an outdoor wedding but it ain't looking too good for that. Hopefully we'll get a break in the weather this afternoon and they can get the wedding they've been dreaming of. There is a "plan b", but I really hope we don't have to move it inside. Either way, after almost 21 years, my family is changing forever. If you have youngsters, spend as much time with them as possible, take them to cool overlooks and ball games, volunteer coach, and most importantly....take them to church. I heard my whole life how time flies but we've been in warp speed for the past year or so. It went a lot faster than I thought it should have.


The lesson here: DO NOT PLAN WEDDINGS DURING FOOTBALL SEASON (unless it's a bye week).

I know that! I don't think her family watches football.

When he told me they were getting married in September, he said "Now don't get mad..... it's not a big game." I said "Wrong answer son.... they're all big games".
